I seriously love a good dinner. Who doesn't? You can imagine my excitement when I was asked to photograph the "Outstanding in the Field" farm-to-table dining experience at Stonybrook Meadows in Hopewell, NJ. Executive Chef Scott Anderson of the five-star Elements restaurant rose to the challenge for this sold-out event. The evening began with finger food, champagne cocktails, and an educational tour of the family farm by mother/daughter proprieters Ann and Laura del Campo. The "Oustanding" crew guided the feast with expert service and warm hospitality as they prepared our five course meal under a big open sky. About 150 guests, both old friends and new, enjoyed their dinner out in the field amongst wildflowers, chickens, sheep, and then finished the evening sipping whisky by the campfire. I can't wait for their next event!
